Location Situated centrally in the coastal village of Rhosneigr on Anglesey, The Crows Nest is ideal for family holidays. The nearest beach, Treath Crigyll is less than 200m away which as well as having lovely sand is ideal for all watersports from surfing, kayaking and paddle boarding to windsurfing and kitesurfing when the wind blows. Water sports equipment can be hired from the surf shop Funsport. There are other beaches within walking distance and they are all dog friendly. There is an excellent selection of places to eat in the village with The Oyster Catcher and The Sandymount being very popular and they often need booking well in advance. There is an Indian restaurant in the Y Glan-Neigr pub, as well as other options including Mojos, Starvation Bar, The Surf Cafe, Cafe Notos, Mezze40 and a number of pop-up options from The Feast Brothers at the golf club, Mexican Zapatisimo at The house of ugly fish, burgers, pizza and wraps at Bodfan campsite and a few other visiting vans to the beach car parks. Take away options in the village include Scarlett’s fish and chips and Aydin’s pizzas. The village convenience store The One Stop is open 7 days 8am-9pm with the Spar a short drive away.
